High School Rowing- Rowing9-12th grade

Co-Ed Competitive

This class is available for any 9-12 students with or without middle school experience. First-year high school rowers will develop the skills and knowledge to work into our competitive teams.

CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR

• Athletic shorts and a T-shirt or tank top

- A second dry set of clothes to change into after practice

• Sneakers or athletic shoes for land training (Athletes must bring these every

day)

• Water shoes or old sneakers that can get wet (for docks and on-water work).

Crocs are also a great option.

• Light layer or sweatshirt for cool mornings

- Hat or visor

SUN & WEATHER PROTECTION

• Sunscreen (applied before arrival)

- Sunglasses with a strap or retention cord

• Rain jacket (weather happens — be ready)

Physicals are Required. You can get this through Quick Care or your family doctor.

The program runs from August 31st to November 20th.
*Skip Monday, Sept 7th, Labor Day.
*Price does not include the $25 US Rowing Membership*
