Rockford Community Garden

Community Gardening is so much more than seeds, soil, and great produce! It's about meeting fellow community members, sharing a common interest, swapping tips and techniques, and lending a hand when needed. Our Community Garden is located behind the Rockford Administration Building located at 350 N. Main Street. The parking lot is accessed off of Lewis Street. the fenced in Garden has 35 plots in $45.00/ year large  plot (12 ft X 12 ft and 6 ft X 24 ft) or $25.00/year small plot (4 ft X 12 ft and 6 ft X 12 ft) sizes. There are watering stations with hoses throughout and a small shed with community garden tools and such. Our Growing seasons run from Feburary - February and returning gardeners get to renew their plot. We accept new gardeners off of our waitlist, so if you are interested in joining please add yourself to the waitlist and we will contact you in the order we receive interested gardeners.
