Tai Chi Chuan is the Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation and improving your balance and health. For adults of all ages. Promotes a comfortable and enjoyable way to learn the very basic movements. A highly significant factor to mention in the growing interest in Tai Chi is the ongoing biomedical research that shows many positive effects on brain activity and other health benefits.
