Play Ultimate Frisbee! 

Join the Rockford Ultimate Frisbee Club! We have a 3-8th Grade co-ed team and a High School co-ed team. We welcome players of all skill levels - even if you don't know how to throw a frisbee. 

Ultimate Frisbee is so fun! It's a lot of running, co-ed, and non-contact. It is in the works to make it an official club sport at the High School, too!

Ultimate is played on a football-like field. After you catch the disc you can't run with it. You can throw the disc in any direction in hopes of throwing it to a receiver in the football-like end zone. 

Instructor Background: 

John Barber:  has 11 years of playing and 5 years coaching experience experience. He played on adult teams around the country and has a passion for coaching up youth players. He truly loves the sport of Ultimate Frisbee and it shows during every practice! 

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: (not included in the registration fee): 

The jersey is $45 (unless you have one from a previous season). Cleats are required (soccer, lacrosse, or football). We have several donated cleats! There is a chance we have your size. Disc, $15 (optional)
