Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshops

Each workshop/presentation will have a different topic, but all will include psychoeducation on the topic at hand, latest research with evidence-based interventions, and practical skills to better handle life's daily challenges. 
Instructor: Cristina Dunahoo is licensed by the State of Michigan as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), license #6401224060. She holds a Master of Science in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Walden University, MN, which she graduated in November 2021, with a 4.00 GPA. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has recently received her Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Certification (CAADC). Additionally, Cristina possesses a certificate in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, awarded by The Medical University of South Carolina in June 2022.
